Why am I presenting this digitally?

 

The pros and cons of presenting my work digitally or physically: 

Digital
Pros	Cons
More versatility in terms of design elements   Presentation is generally quicker and easier  Films can be annotated through screengrabs and analysis  can be narrated rather than written.  Referring to films in my work would be easier as you can directly access them digitally  Graphic design is generally quicker digitally  Research is easily done through the internet   Less likely for work to be lost or destroyed	Quick noting is much harder to document digitally  Not every person has sufficient access to the internet or devices  Plagiarism is much easier to achieve   Knowledge of IT and the internet is required to be able to present your work  Admin is complicated and generally takes longer with more chances of glitches  Work cannot be accessed or worked on offline
Physical
Pros	Cons
Having a physical place where development is clearly seen and work is put out in front of you generally allows for better organization.  Work can be done offline  The presentation can be a bigger focus, requiring more artistic skill  Sketching graphic and design elements are quicker  Shot lists can easily be drawn out	Higher chances of work being lost/stolen or damaged  Can only be marked physically  More time is spent on presentation  Moving pictures cannot be shown in a book, they have to be accessed digitally  Less accessible
